What a great week back we had at CES. PreK and Kindergarten students started this week.
Pete the cat led them on a chase that ended with a sweet snack.
Cross Country practice has started and our students are preparing for race season. Mrs. Washam has started STEM lessons. Mrs. O'Neal has met with her first set of classes for Life Skills lessons. This month's life skill focuses on our Aug/Sept. Character Trait of Responsibility. They read "The Bad Seed" by Jory John (K-2) and "I Can't Find My Whatacamacallit" By Julia Cook (3-5).
Remember to have your carline tag visible for carline. If you need more, Mrs .Patty is happy to give you more. Also, if there is ever a change in transportation, please call the office before 1:30.
Pre-K & Kindergarten parents,
On your child's 1st day of school, we are allowing parents to walk with their student to class. We ask that all students be in class and say their goodbyes by 7:50.
Parking is an issue at CES. Please park down Walker Road on the same side of the road as the playground or in the back parking lot. On Friday, all students will ride the bus or go through carline. We will have plenty of people to help your child find where they need to go.
It will be a great day!!!
Reminders: Boys Only Wednesday, Aug 21
Girls only Thursday, August 22
Everyone in school on Friday, August 23
