Fall Fest at Choudrant Elementary is almost here! This Thursday, 5:00-7:00 pm. Don't forget to buy your tickets ahead of time to avoid waiting in line. Third grade teachers are having a cake walk at the Fall Festival next Thursday. If you would like to sign up to bring a sweet treat for the cake walk, please click on the link below. It's Fall Festival Ticket Presale Week. If you would like to avoid the long lines on the night of the event, you can come to school to purchase tickets between 9-2 starting this week. All ticket sales are final. The cost of the tickets are $1 a piece. Most booths are 1 ticket. There may be one or two that take more. Fall Festival Nov. 16 5:00-7:00pm

We are excited to host our Parent Technology Night again this Monday, November 6. Students will receive an incentive of either a free one day homework pass or three super tickets (their choice) if his or her parent attends. Only parents/guardians need to attend. Coffee and Communication is this morning at 8am in the library. The back doors by the library will be open at 7:50. Please park in the back parking and enter through those doors. Can't wait to see everyone!

Parents, This Friday, October 27th is Choudrant Elementary's School Picture Day. These are the pictures that are placed in the yearbook so everyone will get their pictures taken. Tuesday will be our 1st Coffee and Communication for the 2023-24 school year. Please join us from 8:00-8:45am in the CES library. The topics discussed will be our new Care Closet, upcoming events and Mrs. Oneal will speak about how to access her counselor's corner and topics discussed in our whole class SEL lessons.

Tuesday, November 7 will be a virtual day for all Lincoln Parish students. Teachers will be participating in a professional development on that day. CES will get information to you closer to Nov.7 at what the virtual learning expectations will be for our students.

For those that tried out for the basketball team, the lists are now posted on the front door of the school. It was a hard decision, all students gave 100% effort!

Parents, Thursday, we will sell concessions for $1 with a max purchase of $2. All proceeds will go to the Wiggin Out Fundraiser for Lincoln Parish Schools to raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness.
