Parents are invited to Coffee and Communication on Tuesday at 8:00am in the CES library. We will be providing a google classroom(3-5) and clever (k-2) tutorial as well as talking about upcoming events, how to talk to your children about test anxiety, and a few other topics important to our school. I am including below a link of all of the topics for Tuesday and a google form for you to fill out to help us prepare for Tuesday as well as next school year. Reminder: Tomorrow is our K-2 Book Character parade at 9:00am. You may park in carline (down Arena Road) or on the playground fence side of Walker Road. Please do not park on both sides of Walker Road. We will not be staging parents in our temporary office. We will open the doors at 8:50 for you to find your parade spot. 2nd grade parents may stand in the K-2 hallway for the parade and kindergarten and first grade parents will go to the courtyard. The parade will end in the courtyard and then 2nd grade will go to the gym for their Book Character presentation. Parents are welcome to attend both. We are looking forward to seeing you tomorrow.

CES and CHS will be dismissing school on Tuesday, February 27 at 1:00 to allow families time to travel to the round 2 basketball playoff game at Lacassine High School. We wish our Aggies Good Luck and safe travels.
To clarify: Our Level Up Tutoring is for our 4th and 5th grade students only.
There was some confusion because so many of our grades are doing learning programs to close any learning gaps that they may have. These programs are during school. Only Level Up is after school. I apologize for any confusion.

PTO is asking that every parent submit an email address for each child. This will allow you to promote our Donut Dash fundraiser and keep track of students earning prizes for their collected donations. The site will go live tomorrow. If you are unable to do this online, we will send a paper copy home for you to fill out on Wednesday. We are excited about our upcoming Donut Dash.

PreK parents,
We are excited to have you today for our PreK Kindness parade. Please park along the carline area or on Walker Road on the side by the playground next to the fence. Happy February Aggies! We were happy to see that the Groundhog didn't see his shadow so spring is on the way!! I have attached the Week at a Glance that includes highlights from Tuesday's Coffee and Communication if you missed it. We appreciate PJ's coffee donating a portion of the coffee and our staff for the delicious dessert, but most of all the 50+ parents that attended the event.
